Use the site your way. Here is what we measure.
This page explains what the site records, what stays in your browser, and how to turn measurement off. Your choice is one click and the site works the same either way.
Measurement
What we measure and why.
We want to know which pages and campaigns bring in real work, so we can put more effort where it helps you. The site uses Google Analytics 4 and a Meta pixel for this. Both start when you visit the site, unless you have declined measurement.
The events we record are things like which page you viewed, which package or case study you read, and whether you clicked a phone number. They never include your name, email, phone number, or anything you type into a form. Form fields are never measured. When a message you send us is confirmed, we record that a lead happened, not what it said.
The booking calendar on the Contact page runs on our own scheduling service. When a booked call is confirmed, the scheduler tells the page that a booking happened. Our analytics tools still receive only that: a booking happened. The booking details you enter (your name, email, and the time you picked) go to our own customer records so we can prepare for your call, along with the campaign that brought you here.
Your browser
What stays in your browser.
To connect a visit to the campaign that earned it, the site keeps three things in your browser's own storage: where you first landed and the campaign that brought you, the most recent place you landed, and an anonymous journey number that is not tied to any account or person.
This storage is first-party. It sits in your browser, it never carries your contact details, and clearing your browser data removes it. If you decline measurement, none of it is created from then on.
Ads and our CRM
How ads and follow up use this.
The Meta pixel helps us see whether our ads reach the right owners. When an inquiry or a booked call is confirmed, we may also report that confirmation to Meta from our server, so ad results reflect real outcomes rather than clicks. Where policy and your consent allow, that report can include hashed contact details from the inquiry, so Meta can match it without ever receiving readable information from us.
When an inquiry becomes a conversation, we keep a record in our CRM so we can follow up properly. When you send us the contact form, it is stored in our CRM along with the page and campaign that brought you here, so we know how to help. That record can include your contact details, because that is the point: we call or write you back. If you have agreed to advertising cookies, a scrambled (hashed) version of your email and phone number may also be sent to Meta so we can measure whether our ads work. Analytics data never adds anything you typed into a form to your measurement profile.
Choices
Your choices, any time.
Decline measurement and nothing loads on later visits: no GA4, no Meta pixel, no attribution storage. Ad blockers and privacy extensions work fine here too. If a measurement script is blocked, the site keeps working the same.
